As many of you know, I’ve been publishing my work across various platforms such as Twitter, getrevue newsletter, LinkedIn newsletters, and others. While these have been great channels, their ephemeral nature and the reality of data custodianship have led me to reconsider my approach. I believe that as a content creator, having complete ownership of my work is crucial.
Since 2007, my personal blog at https://blog.anantshri.info has been my own space, where I’ve been sharing a blend of personal reflections, technical insights, and practical guides primarily focused on technology and information security. Moving forward, I’ve decided to center my content sharing efforts on my blog, allowing for a more consistent, enriched, and enduring presence of my work.
This doesn’t mean I’m leaving LinkedIn or any other social media for that matter. They remain integral for short updates & quick engagements. However, more comprehensive and thoughtful content will now primarily be published via my blog. This is part of my bigger effort to own the content that I produce and to provide a permanent home to my thoughts in general.
